The Role
It’s an exciting time to join eDynamix! Due to continued expansion, eDynamix Bulgaria is looking for a Data Collector to join our Stara Zagora office.
As part of out Data Building Team, you will play a key role in collecting, analysing, and structuring vehicle and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) data that powers our automotive platforms. As a Data Collector, you will be responsible for working with automotive data at its source - OEM catalogues, manufacturer documentation, and technical releases. Your main focus will be on collecting, analysing, and structuring vehicle and equipment data into consistent format that can be reliably used across our systems and products.
The role requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to work with complex and sometimes unstructured information, and a methodical approach to transforming raw data into accurate, structured datasets. You will play a key part in ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability for our automotive platforms.

Responsibilities
Working closely with the team, you will:
- Gather and structure vehicle and OEM data from various sources into a common, unified format
- Work extensively with OEM catalogues, workshop manuals, Excel files, and manufacturer documentation
- Perform routine checks for new or updated OEM data

- Monitor new releases and updates from vehicle manufacturers
- Validate data accuracy and consistency, identifying discrepancies or missing information
- Use Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for data processing and documentation
- Categorise, prioritise, and take ownership of data-related enquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data quality and alignment with business requirements
- Monitor new releases and updates from vehicle manufacturers

- Use Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for data processing and documentation

Required skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Understanding of automotive mechanics and vehicle parts
- Good written and reading skills in English
- Ability to work to pre-defined deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask when required
Desired (but not essential):
Experience in any of the following technologies
- Experience as an auto mechanic or parts advisor
- Previous experience in a car dealership or automotive-related role
- Prior experience working with OEM catalogues or technical documentation
